With over 25 years of experience in the aviation industry, Steven has held pivotal roles ranging from part designer for an aircraft manufacturer to Buyer, AOG Manager, and Contract Manager for a leading airline. He also served as Sales Director for the parts market. As a lifelong learner, he recognized five years ago that data would profoundly transform the industry, sparking a deep commitment to research. During his MBA program (2022–2025), he focused elective coursework on data analytics to bridge the gap between aviation and technology. After reviewing hundreds of academic papers and industry reports, Steven became convinced that blockchain is the key to solving the industry’s long-term traceability challenges. Today, he is dedicated to driving digital transformation and collaborating with technology partners to make the aviation industry safer and more efficient.
